Amnesia
Amnesia is a condition of short memory loss. It can be caused due to brain damage, trauma or use of drugs and psychological reasons. It is commonly observed among mid aged and older people. This disorder is also characterized by the inability to imagine life and even imagining future. Amnesia have different forms namely anterograde amnesia and retrograde amnesia. The former manifests the inability to convert short term memory into long term memory and the latter denotes the inability to recall basic facts. It is not possible to cure the disease. The medicines also affect the disorder to bring mormalcy very temporarily.
